Official Contest Rules

Please read these rules carefully before entering. By submitting an entry you and your parent or guardian agree to these terms.

The Young Hunter Search ("Contest") is sponsored by Tudor's Biscuit World in partnership with Whitetail Frenzy. This is a demonstration page; final legal terms would be supplied by the sponsor's counsel before launch.

1. Eligibility

  1. Entrants ("Young Hunters") must be residents of West Virginia.
  2. Entrants must be between the ages of 3 and 17 at the time of entry.
  3. A parent or legal guardian must complete and submit the entry on the Young Hunter's behalf and provide all required consents.
  4. Employees of Tudor's Biscuit World, Whitetail Frenzy, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  1. Complete the entry form at the contest page, including all required fields.
  2. Upload one (1) original video, 30–60 seconds in length, of the Young Hunter sharing why they love the outdoors.
  3. The parent or guardian must check both the Consent and Media Release boxes.
  4. Limit one entry per Young Hunter. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

3. Entry Period

Entries must be received by September 30, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Video Guidelines

  1. Videos must be the original work of the entrant and feature only the Young Hunter (and, if present, their parent/guardian).
  2. No unsafe firearm handling, graphic content, or unlawful activity. Entries must reflect ethical, lawful, and safe outdoor practices.
  3. Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 200 MB.

5. Grand Prize

One (1) grand-prize winner will receive a featured appearance on an episode of Whitetail Frenzy, plus a Young Hunter prize pack. Travel and scheduling details will be arranged with the winner's parent or guardian. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

6. Judging & Notification

Entries will be reviewed by a panel from Tudor's Biscuit World and Whitetail Frenzy based on creativity, sincerity, and spirit of the outdoors. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form.

7. Consent & Media Release

By entering, the parent/guardian grants Tudor's Biscuit World and Whitetail Frenzy the right to use the submitted video and entrant's first name and likeness in connection with the Contest and its promotion. Submitted videos are stored privately and are not posted publicly without permission.

8. Privacy

Information collected is used only to administer the Contest and contact winners. It is not sold. See the sponsor's privacy policy for full details.
